RUT 950 cell ID n/a

Hello

RUT950 has been working ok but recently the data connection is repeatedly offline despite showing as 'connected' on the network status window. It shows 'internet offline' on the network topology page on the network. Signal strength -51dB. I thought maybe a clue to the bad behaviour is cell ID which is showing as n/a.

What are the possible reasons that cell ID is n/a? Could this be related to the odd offline behaviour?

Hello,

Please update the device to the latest firmware, as your device is running legacy firmware, which is quite outdated. Firmware can be downloaded here: https://wiki.teltonika-networks.com/view/RUT950_Firmware_Downloads

If the issue persists, please replicate the issue, navigate to System → Administration → Troubleshoot, and generate a troubleshoot file. This file can be attached to the original question by editing it and will only be visible to Teltonika moderators.
