I recently bought a RUT240 that should be model *7**** but I received model *A**** in Brazil and consequently the RUT does not connect to local 3G, 4G and LTE networks.

Is there any way to release all 3G and LTE bands on the *A**** model via software or is it a hardware limitation?

Hello,

Band support is embedded into the hardware and adding/removing other bands is not not possible by simply changing software.

You will need to contact your reseller for device replacement.
