I am having an issue trying to connect to Vodafone IS  on RUT241. 

firmware is RUT2M_R_00.07.04.3

APN settings is manually set to vmc.grps.is

Sim card is new and working. 

Troubleshoot file attach.

Hello,

The logs indicate numerous modem module disconnections from the CPU. This might indicate modem's hardware issues, however, I would also like you to suggest performing modem's firmware update.
