Hi support,
We use the Teltonika Fota tool within our organisation with different users at the same time. In about 30% of the times when we try to login we get an error in the left bottom corner marked in red "Network error", after this we can't login. We don't have internet issues and I discussed this with our fiewall profesionals and they can't find a reason why this happens from our side.
Can you give us feedback on this issue please.
