nous sommes en phase de mise en place d'une solution RMS VPN avec RUT241 .je n'arrive pas me connecter sur le VPN avec le logiciel RMS VPN

Hi,

I assume you saw this error on the RMS VPN windows application?

Are you able to turn on the VPN via the WebUI?

Do you have any RMS data left on your RMS account? You can check that by clicking on the email address at the top right cornet and then click on Resource summary to see if there is any data left.

Should I do a configuration in RUT?
