Hello,

from yesterday our rut240 has started to do this problem.

Modem starts > led blinking > internet reached and stable level signal strenght led > working internet for 3 minutes or less (both direct ethernet cable from lan and wifi too) > suddently no working internet, wifi disappear too, all leds on the modem turn off (except power on led that stay on).

How to fix?

The rut240 has 1 month lifetime, last fw installed from day one.

PS. if i remove the power supply cable and wait some seconds the cycle restarts.

Perhaps you have a different PSU to test the device with?

If the device exhibits the same behavior with a different PSU, it will most likely need to be returned for warranty repair. In this case, please contact the reseller the device was purchased from or your sales manager.

Same problem with different ac adapter and different wall socket too

Then, in this case, I'd recommend returning it.
