Hi guys, i have 30 credits remaining but i cant connect to rms error Failure

Hello,

  

Make sure that the device is visible in the list of devices in your company. If it is, make sure that the Service and Auto Extend options are enabled by navigating to Administration → Companies → Select the company that the device is assigned to → Toggle the Service option to ON:

The Auto Extend option allows the device to automatically renew the credits. Monitoring can also be enabled to collect the data from the device.

If the steps above do not help, please send your company ID, as well as the serial number of the device to me via a private message.
