Successful RMS Config Upload doesn't produce a Log entry

in the "Recent Device Events" Log only Pending updates produce a log entry but there is no log entry after the update has happened neither for a "live" update when the device was online, nor for a later update when the device was offline.

Hello,

The device logs are not displayed on the RMS if you are expecting the device logs on the RMS.

The RMS event logs for a device are displayed under general menu. Please refer to the image.

The Metrics for the device which displays the graphical representation about the dynamic information that includes Temperature, Signal Strength, Connection type and more is displayed under metrics.

If you wish to configure alerts when device goes online/offline you can configure it under the alerts menu.

I will recommend create alert legacy for this configuration.
