I can't get to the router through the browser via wan and lan. when I enter the address, the following page is displayed

I can't access the router via SSH either. How can I upload/flash FW?

Hello,

Please try device recovery procedure via bootloader menu, as instructed here.

If it does not help to restore your device to operational state, return it to your reseller for a replacement or warranty repair.

Unfortunately, I failed to start the bootloader, but I got to the device via serial, i.e. Putty/UEFI-USB(CP2102)/ 3pin on the RUT board and I have the following access:

the system starts and I have access to the system but only after the serial no ssh, can I do something further with it?
