I was reading this  question regarding the fact that NTRIP cannot be used to apply corrections to the onboard GPS of a RUTX11 device. Unfortunate.

Another thing that would be really useful is if the NTRIP package could include an NTRIP Caster. This would allow the Teltonika to receive corrections from one or more base stations and serve them up, again via the NTRIP protocol, to other devices connected via Ethernet to the Teltonika device. This may be more useful than connecting external GPS units via serial as would be required now.

Thanks,

Val

Hi,

The feature is not planned and would be of a very big scale and we did not really see a demand for it.

Also, the device only has a 1Hz GPS position update where having good coordinates would not really be a big improvement for on move tracing.

Most like will not be done
