RUT240: Internal modem is unreachable

New device, webui displays "Internal modem is unreachable". Tried the simcard from my phone without any luck.

Where do I start troubleshooting this?

Hello,

Based on the logs, it appears that the device is encountering difficulties initializing the modem.

Did the device function properly previously or was it like this from the start?

I would suggest reinstalling the firmware using the bootloader to see if it helps. You can find the instructions for the bootloader procedure here.
