When I look at the RMS device details the router is only reporting and logging data for one SIM. Even though there are 2 sims in the router and I can see them working when I dial directly into the router. How do I fix that?

Hello,

  

I assume you are referring to the RUTX12, and have two SIMs active at the same time. This is a known issue on RMS, and the RMS RnD team is working on it, but at the moment there is no date when the patch will be released.
