Hi, 

Situation:
I have a device that can be accessed via VNC (port: 5900). I tried to connect via a RUT955 and RUT956. The needed color depth setting for the VNC protocol must be 16bits. Unfortunately I can not connect to the device.

Question:
Do you know, which color depth setting the RUT955 and RUT956 have? Is there a possibility to change the color depth somewhere in the settings?

Hi, this doesn't sound related to Teltonika devices in any way. There should be a setting somewhere on your VNC server/application to set color depth, try looking there. A router in general will forward packets as they are both ingress and egress, usually without manipulating them in any way.
