Hi, I have a RUT950.  when creating a remote access link for 1 year, the link works for a certain time.  The next day the connection is unsuccessful.  After creating a new link, it works again for +/- one day.

Please advise what to do?

How can the client regenerate the link without having to access the RMS platform?

Hi,

The link is still there most likely, however, it's inactive. This usually happens because the device got rebooted or something else happens in a similar fashion.

You only need to regenerate the link
