We're seeing an issue with recent firmware versions across a handful of RUT240's where the devices stop handing out DHCP leases.

Static IP addressing a client device confirms that RUT240 is functioning and still has internet access.

We've not found anywhere in the logs or control panel that shows the status of the lease table (not sure if lease database exhausted or whether DHCP server daemon is the issue). Is there any way we can get better diagnostic info?

Hello,

To better understand the issue, a troubleshoot file after the issue is replicated would be helpful. It can be generated by navigating to System → Administration → Troubleshoot. It can be attached to the original question and will only be visible to Teltonika moderators.

The WebUI offers DHCP lease information by navigating to Status → Network → LAN. However, this section will not contain any information about the remaining number of leases, etc. For that, system logs will need to be utilized, which can be found in the same menu as the troubleshoot file.

Thank you, log file doesn't appear to go back far enough to show the issue in this particular case, but have attached the troubleshoot file to see if you can spot anything

Hello,

Nothing obvious is seen from the logs, however, there seem to be quite a few logs indicating TR-069 misconfiguration which spams all of the logs. Please generate a troubleshoot file after the issue reappears.

Additionally, it seems like there were no LAN leases present during the generation of the troubleshoot file.
