I have a RUT240 for which the RMS process stays in state connecting.

I tried removing it from RMS and re-adding it, but then it states that it cannot verify the authenticity of the device.

Has anyone seen this before ?

When performing a tcpdump, i see that there is bidirectional traffic.

We do have enough licenses in RMS, so that is not the problem

Hi,

Try to execute: /etc/init.d/rms_mqtt restart on the device, the device should connect then.

If it's still not connected, check if the MAC, SN and password is correct. If yes, DM me the details of your device I will check it out from the RMS backend to see what exactly is going on
