VoIP phone can dial out and receive calls but when on the phone it cannot play sound or speak out, is there a firewall setting we need to change for this, please?

Hello,

Could you please try disabling 'Automatic helper assignment' in Network -> Firewall -> General settings?

If this does not help, on the same firewall page, edit 'WAN => REJECT' zone, navigate to advanced settings and add SIP VoIP helper to Conntrack helpers.
