Question

For one site I installed a RUT240 router and it's been disconnected for the last 9 months. and I want the old reports like (data usage, and temperature).

However when I checked on the RMS there I can search only for the last 3 months' in data range option  and the result is showing blank because the system was disconnected 9 months back, Is there any way I can old records from RMS?

Hi,

RMS only keeps last 3 months of metrics data and there is currently no way to save it for a longer period of time
