we have two Teltonika GH4000 pagers. Last week both devices failed during an internal test. The one device I could bring back to running, the other not.


It always asks me for the PIN number and the PUK number. I enter these numbers, but the assistent does not save this information. What do I have to do to get the pager working again?

Hello,

It is recommended to remove the PIN code from your SIM card before using it with your GH4000 device.
The PIN code can be removed by inserting the card into your mobile phone.
