Question

I followed the procedure from Teltonika (forum) to generate the certificates and uploaded them to the router. But I don't get it working it stucks with TLS handshaking.

Any help would be appriciated.

Hello,

OpenVPN configuration examples are available on our wiki page here. I suggest configuring VPN according to the instructions on that page.

If the issue persists, could you please attach a troubleshoot file from RUT and, if possible, logs from the OpenVPN server?

The troubleshoot file can be downloaded from System -> Administration -> Troubleshoot. Attach files by editing your question. The attached files are only visible to Teltonika moderators.

Hello,

It does seem like an issue with certificates. Could you please double-check your certificates on the other device?

Were all these certificates generated via System -> Administration -> Certificates? It should be enough to generate a 'simple' set of certificates. Make sure the client uses the certificates from the same set (ca, client cert, client key, dh), as those need to be signed by the generated CA (which is done automatically if you select 'simple' file type when generating).
