Question

I own a glomex webboat 4g plus (RUT950). After a period of inactivity, the router will not start. This is what happens:

- only power connected

- power led on;

- lan 3 led on

- signal leds: nothing

- press reset: nothing

- power on with reset pressed: nothing

only the led on the lan 3 port is always on as soon as I give power

No way of telling which firmware it is on

Any idea on how to resolve?

Hello,

If you're only seeing LEDs on the power and LAN port 3, it is highly probable that the device has hardware-related issues. I would suggest trying the bootloader procedure as described here. However, this likely will not help. Thus, if possible, I suggest returning it to the reseller from whom you purchased the device.
