When I try from TRB245 1108809031 to connect to RMS, I receive "Device is not registered in RMS. Please login to rms.teltonika-networks.com and add this device to your account device list" This device has been added to RMS device list and have tried updating firmware factory reset and I still receive same message as above.

Hello,

It seems that the device is added as 'RUT'. Please, un-register the device and add it again as a 'TRB' device model type.
