Hi, I'm fairly new to the RMS portal and Teltonika as a whole. Recently, my company started using Teltonika, and we have 24 rutx11 devices. Initially, we activated 20 devices with a 10-year management pack. More recently, we added 4 additional devices and purchased another 10-pack of licenses. However, when assigning these licenses to the devices, I accidentally selected all of them, resulting in multiple devices having multiple licenses. Is there a way to revert this mistake and remove the extra licenses from the affected devices?

  • Your company ID;
  • The serial numbers of the devices that the credits were activated on twice;
