Hello!

We install the SIM card in TRB140. We have stable LTE connection. We connect the TRB140 via a network cable to a self-service kiosk. Motherboard GIGABYTE GA-J3455N-D3H. The operating system is Ubuntu 18.04 or Windows 10. TRB140 provides an excellent Internet connection for our kiosk. We connect to TRB140 using the Remote Management System, open COMMAND LINE INTERFACE (CLI). We have an excellent kiosk ping. Satisfied we leave a kiosk with a stable connection. After some time, the kiosk is offline. We remotely connect to TRB140, open SHELL IN A BOX (CLI) and no longer ping our kiosk. This happens on any operating system. What is the problem? Why does the LAN connection fall off after a while?
