Hi, on my RMS account, I bought 12 licenses from reseller and applied 1 to a device, but the rest got split up? 

Can you please help me?

I should have 11 licenses remaining.

Could you tell step by step how did this issue appeared ?

Hi, I activated license pool from reseller, went to my expired device and activated 1 license for it.

During this I went from 12 to 10, instead of 11, I am not sure what has caused this as I have another device on free month trial that will expire.

This has solved my issue, thank you.
