Question

Hi

I'm using a brand new RUT955 LTE, connected to my laptop via LAN cable.

Pinging to 192.168.1.1 goes just fine

accessing http://192.168.1.1 times out.  I can't access the user interface.

any help would be appreciaded

Hello,

It is possible that the web interface access is disabled. Try factory resetting the router by pressing and holding the reset button for 5 seconds.

Also, if your laptop connected to WiFi, it could be that the WiFI router also has an IP address of 192.168.1.1. Try disconnecting laptops WiFi and try to access the router again.
