Hi. 

My RUT240 is not longer available (CLI, WEB UI) form the RMS.

Instead i get this error: 

Rebooting has no effect.

An error has occured while trying to browse through the proxy. 
Failed to connect to device. Possible problems are that the server was not found, the connection timed out, or the connection refused by the host. Try connecting again and check if the address is correct

Hello,

To begin with, could you let us know your device's serial number?

Also, have you made any changes to router's firewall or have you changed default WebUI's port number? If yes, it would be great if you could reset your device to factory default settings (just for testing purposes, if you have an option) and try to reach it through RMS again (when device has fresh configuration).
