I created an account two days ago, but I don't receive the email with the link for the account activation.
I already checked the email program and the spam folder multiple times, but I still haven't found anything.
The email address is also the correct one.

Or is it usual that it takes this long?

To do that you would have to register an account on Crowd Support. Otherwise, please contact your sales representative, from which you got the router.
