Hi

I have 2 RUT 850. I placed the routers outside and facing the antenna to the sky but cannot get GPS coordinates (Latitude and longitude) and the map section is N/A. (I tested in the office and another location too).

I attached all antenna to devices also but the GPS does not work. what should I do?

Does issue persist on both RUT850? What is the code of your RUT850?

Perhaps you also have RUT955?
