Failover scenarios between both SIM cards: Can a preferred SIM card be defined? If the preferred SIM card runs out of data volume, does this trigger and automatic fail over to the secondary SIM cards?

Once the cause for failover has been solved, does the router switch back to the primary SIM card?

If you mean RUT9xx series routers. Then:

Can a preferred SIM card be defined? 

Yes.

- If the preferred SIM card runs out of data volume, does this trigger and automatic fail over to the secondary SIM cards?

Yes.

- Once the cause for failover has been solved, does the router switch back to the primary SIM card?
