Hello Kevin,

You mean that you cannot access internet even though router is connected to your operator? Can you try pinging 8.8.8.8 in System > Administration > Diagnostics?

I have the same problem, mobile connected but no internet, ping doesn't work

Could you login to the router via SSH and provide the outputs of commands listed below?

  • gsmctl -Fz
  • route -n

I manged to make it work by resetting the modem
