Hi

I have  RUT240 router wit last  RUT2XX_R_00.01.07.1 firmware. It connected to ISP via ADSL modem (PPOE connection). It also has LTE SIM card. 

I need to backup ADSL line with LTE line. The problem is that both connection must use same user/password and receive same IP from ISP. So, LTE connection must be started only when  ADSL is down. 

How may I setup it?

What you mean? Your ADSL and LTE provider is the same?

Yes, ADSL and LTE is the same provider. The internet connection has static IP and ISP manage routing to this IP and to LAN behind the router (it means that NAT must be disabled) via active connection (ADSL or LTE). LTE line must be the full backup of ADSL line.
