Do you want to reach some device connected to routers serial through every 0 to 65535 port? Maybe you could describe your use case in more detail?

First of all thanks to replay my question,

In my case i can connect to the host through USB connection, so i want to use USB-to-Serial converter to connect to the router side through serial .

Serial type : over ip

Its only one host through 192.168.1.100 

protocol : tcp

Mode: i will send and receive data from and to the host and need to be connected all the time, if bidircet used what will the reconnect internals, timeout, output and output state.

we use port forwarding through ports 9001,9002,9003,9004,2404,2001.

So how can I give to all ports access to the serial port over ip in bidirect mode?, in the RS232 service.
