i cant connect CLI over RMS . When i click the link generated the page any come out.kindly advice

Which exactly router you are using? Perhaps you could tell me last four digits of your router serial number and last two digits of your  router LAN MAC?

Yes correct.all my router have same problem.i  already enable cli but thru rms can't use cli

Hello,

Your devices are using quite old firmware version. This is the reason why you cannot access their CLI through RMS.

Solution is simple: Upgrade your device's firmware to the latest one and you will be able to access their CLI.
