Many of our RUT950/RUT955 devices show the following patterns of connection / no connection to RMS:
They are NOT offline when RMS says they are offline. The SIM provider shows the SIM as having a data connection, I can ping the routers (private network), and I can access the devices connected to them through forwarded ports on the router etc.
Do you have any idea what might cause this?
