Hi,

We are experiencing regular disconnects on our teltonika Rut950 modems. Modem is configured with OpenVPN with MTU settings set to 1500. 

The network signal is excellent with -51dBm

Firmware version RUT9XX_R_00.05.00.5

Hi,

Could you upgrade router firmware to latest release: https://wiki.teltonika.lt/view/RUT9xx_Firmware

When issue persist, please send to me (via private message) a troubleshoot package from router. Before downloading troubleshoot package, go to System -> Administration -> Troubleshoot -> Enable "Include PPPD information" and save settings. When issue appears wait 5-10 minutes and then download a troubleshoot package.

Hi,

Are there any chance that any settings or configs will be restored or lost under upgrading FW?

I want to know 100% this does not interfere with any settings.

Take backup file before upgrading.

With latest release configuration file from identical device with same or lower firmware version (lowest 03.726) can be uploaded.
