Sometimes i can't connect from a Windows 7 Pc with OpenVPN Gui to a RUT955 OpenVPN Server.

The logfile of the OpenVPN Gui says: TLS Error: TLS key negotiation failed to occur within 60 seconds (check your network connectivity)

Only if I restart the modem and get a new public IP does the connection work.

Hi,

Only if I restart the modem and get a new public IP does the connection work

You mean your router use dynamic public IP? If so, then seems you are using DDNS? Correct? If so, then please check if your DDNS works correctly.

Hello,

Yes, it's a dynamic public IP. And yes I use a DDNS. It's not because of this. Even if I use the public IP instead of the DDNS it doesn't work.
I've been observing this problem a little bit.
It seems that the OpenVPN only doesn't work if the public IP starts with a 100.
For example 100.x.x.x.

If I now restart the router and he gets a new Ip assigned which does not start with 100. it works

What I also tested is that if the router has a 100. IP, it can ping Google.
