Yes, it's a dynamic public IP. And yes I use a DDNS. It's not because of this. Even if I use the public IP instead of the DDNS it doesn't work.

It seems that the OpenVPN only doesn't work if the public IP starts with a 100.
For example 100.x.x.x.
If I now restart the router and he gets a new Ip assigned which does not start with 100. it works
What I also tested is that if the router has a 100. IP, it can ping Google.
