I can log into a RUT240 using the webUI link in RMS.

however I cannot make any configuration changes to the device.

after clicking save the screen goes blank then returns to the settings as they were prior to the change.

it would seem the only thing i can do successfully via webUI link in  RMS is reboot the device.

sending a configuration file to the device via RMS also times out.

the changes I am trying are removing a user script and removing an I/O periodic control.

FW ver.: RUT2XX_R_00.01.04.2

the configuration changes using this method have worked in the past, so why has it stopped working now?

I have the same problem for all devices registered to RMS.

I am having exact same issue with RUT850_R_00.01.03.4 

This is the latest FW at the moment, so hope you can provide a fixed versio ASAP. Could you kindly provide some information via email about the progress?

Hello CoheraTech,

I strongly recommend updating the firmware (through RMS or any other way, since there are no similar issues on the newest FW's).
