Question

Hello everybody,

I having trouble connecting my VPN when my RUT240 is connected to the Internet through the 4G network. It works perfectly when I'm using a WiFi or a Ethernet connection.  In fact I have 3 RUT240. Only one manages to connect to the server (windows 10) and I'm able to ping every device on the network but that's it... No way to charge any web page. The other two cannot connect at all... I've read somewhere that the MTU/MSS could be too long? Is there someone who has already met this problem?

Can You please provide additional information:

• "Im able to ping every device" What ping response time You're getting?
• Does 2 antennas are connected to the router?
• Can You send me Troubleshoot file to PM? 

Troubleshoot file can be downloaded via WebUI -> System -> Administration -> Troubleshoot
