rut955 reporting sim not inserted, reboot and its fine

Hi there, i have a RUT955 which i keep having to re-set, its connected in a vehicle to a 12v feed, and will work fine for a few days, then it starts flashing red yellow green on the status light, when  dial into the router it tells me no sim inserted... but a quick reboot and then all is fine... Any reason it would do this?

Hello, 

Which firmware version You are using of firmware You are using? 

Try to upgrade to latest. You can do it via WebUI -> System -> Firmware.
Teltonika latest firmware You can found here.

If after update issue still persist can You confirm that issue existing:

  • In different SIM slot;
  • With different SIM card.
