Hi,

RUT955, the rms.teltonika.lt page is showing the router offline, but I can connect to a computer connected on the LAN side.

Manual reboot has not helped.

Hello,

Can You connect to the routers WebUI via RMS regardless of showing it offline?
Did You please try press CTRL + F5 on Your browser?

Also please check Teltonika wiki article  "Routers do not show up on RMS even when the router has an internet connection"

I have tried CTRL+F5, still the same, no connection possible.

As I said before, a ping to the router's ip come back properly, but a IP search does not come back with any open port.

The router serial is   s/n 1100956625, added at 2019-03-01, Marigothill
