Hello,

I have a router with a specific problem, I assume. Every time, I look it on RMS, several minutes after, it is disconnected of RMS. But, I can see on a supervision tool of my company that there is data spent every time.

So can you explain me why there is this problem ?

Hello,

Have you try checking now if the device is online in RMS? Also, in Licenses -> Device Monitoring makesure both "License" and "Monitoring" is enabled for device. If you cannot enable "License" or "Monitoring" please PM me your RMS company name.

It is often disconnected as we can see on this diagram.

Moreover, License, Monitoring and Auto-extend are enabled for this router.
