Hi, I have a new RUT950 H that is unable to connect to 4G network if SIM is in slot1. In slot2 works fine. Firmware is RUT9XX_R_00.06.04.1. I also tried reset to factory default but it doesn't work. I have another new RUT955 H (firmware RUT9XX_R_00.05.03.2) and the same SIM and configuration works fine with sim in slot1. Is the RUT950 defective? Can anyone help me understand? Thanks

Hello,

Maybe there is debris or dust inside a SIM slot? Have you tried blowing the dust or debris out? If it does not help, I would suggest using warranty services, you can find more information here: https://teltonika.lt/warranty-repair/

Hello, thanks for the reply. I tried blowing but problem still exists. Then I downgraded firmware to RUT9XX_R_00.05.03.3 and works perfectly. The RUT9XX_R_00.06.04.1 is buggy. The sim in slot1 in 4G mode is unable to connect. Thanks

Router won't connect only on 4G mode or it won't connect to any network, 2G or 3G also?

Only 4G mode. In 3G it works. Maybe with the last firmware the problem has been solved but I have not tried.
