Can DB-9 serial connector be used to access the serial console on our sensor?

Hello,

Yes, it's possible to connect to sensor console via DB-9 serial connector. This can be done in several ways:

  1. Via CLI using microcom, you will be able to establish communication with other serial device and reach it console;
  2. Via WebUI, go to Services -> RS232/RS485 -> RS232 and select serial type OverIP. In this case, you will be able to reach your sensor console via internet with program similar to Hercules SETUP utility
