IPSEC Tunnel Unstable

Hi,

I am having trouble with my Teltonika routers. I have two RUT950 routers which I am trying to connect by VPN to allow two way traffic. Both routers have a fixed and a mobile internet connection (One has a static IP address on both fixed and wireless connections and the other has a NATed IP address) I have established the VPN tunnel and the traffic is flowing correctly however sometimes the VPN will just stop working and then either needs me to restart the IPSEC link or sometimes restart the whole router.

I have the options checked in the VPN setup screen so the system will monitor and if necessary restart the tunnel , but this does not seem to work. Any suggestions?

Hello.

We recommend to check the firmware version and be sure that the firmware is up to date.

Also we recomend to reach your sales manager and send him a troubleshoot file to check the issue.
