Hi,

Basically it can be done in Network -> Mobile -> General -> You can select option "Use IPv4 only":

According to your screenshots I'm not sure what exactly you want to disable. Perhaps your LAN device get IPv6, not IPv4? If yes, please attache screenshot from your LAN device network configuration.
