Hi. Some connections problem in my new RUT850.

First, i have problem whith duplicate serial, but i solved it whith IE.

Now device is online, but force update return status "Connecting to device error code: 65540"

And the device does not appear on the map in RMS.

Hello,

Please verify that your RUT850 has Internet access because 65540 code means that your device cannot connect to the RMS server. Also, note that device monitoring needs to be enabled, and RMS licence needs to be assigned in order to manage the device via RMS. Monitoring and licence status can be consulted from Licences -> Device monitoring section found at the left side of the RMS page.
