Question

How can I configure the RUt240 to connect via Mobile WAN to SSH?

I try to redirect connection from WAN to LAN, open ports and change firewall rules but nothing works for me.
After all i try to connect from wan to web interface and its work but shh not.

Can someone help please.

Hi,

All you need to do is place one check mark for remote SSH access to work. If you've configured any additional firewall rules, for the sake of simplicity I would recommend that you reset the router to its default state, then enter the router's WebUI and go to the System → Administration → Access Control section. Check the Remote SSH access box and save the changes.

And that's it, it should work from there if you have a public IP address.

My firmware is RUT2XX_R_00.01.03.5, is the last firmware that i found on the web page. I try to connect from my home public ip to my SIM card installed in router public ip. My first option when I try is only activate in this way System → Administration → Access Control section and check the Remote SSH access but is not work for me. After I try change redirection from wan zone to lan and open ports but and still can't connect. I only can connect throw 80 port to web interface but ssh not work.
