Hi,

I've tried do activate my vpn client over sms.

The command i've sent is: passwort vpnon client_rut

the Syslog shows:

But nothing more happens. The VPN client will not turn on. Also if i send vpnoff nothing happens..

Other Options like reboot over sms work or status

The firmware is: FW ver.: RUT9XX_R_00.06.04.5

we already have test software that fixed these SMS utilities issues. If you want to install it on your router, write a private message.

Hello, I'm having the same issue, i Can check the vpn status with a sms but not activate it.

I'm using RUT9XX_R_00.06.04.5 

Should it work with this firmware or the issue is still present?

vpnon and vpnoff still do not work, any solution?

status and wifion and wifioff work, so it must be something with the vpn commands.
