Hello,

practically the only option is to use uci command and crontab. Using uci commands you can disable and enable vlan. More information about uci commands: https://wiki.teltonika.lt/view/UCI_command_usage

With Crontab you can set up certain features to turn on and off periodically at certain times, in this case VLANs. I suggest you use a handy crontab generator: https://crontab-generator.org/

There is also more examples on how to use crontabs at Teltonika wiki page: https://wiki.teltonika.lt/view/Crontabs#Launching_a_WiFi_Access_Point_.28AP.29_on_specified_hours
